Rates

No special offers or promotions apply during the festive season (December 21 — January 10). Offers cannot be combined.

Rates are quoted in USD per person per night, inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of park or conservancy fees, concession or camping fees, and Tanzanian Tourism Development Levy. The rates are NET of all transfer charges; kindly include the charges when making payment. Rates are confidential, non-commissionable and are non-transferable. Operators must respect all contract rates and failure to quote or sell at rack rate may result in the revocation of any rate and this agreement will be considered null and void. In the event of increase in costs or taxes, we reserve the right to review published rates without prior notice for future bookings. Flight costs, specifically, are subject to change as a result of fuel surcharges imposed by aviation companies.

A daybed can be added to the room for an additional adult or child rate respectively. We reserve the right to review published rates in the event of increase in costs or taxes which are beyond our control.

All payments must be made in the currency in which the quotation was accepted and should be made by means of electronic or telegraphic bank transfer. The client, at all times, shall remain responsible for all transfer charges incurred. Visa and MasterCard credit card payments will be accepted on condition that an administration fee is charged on the total amount processed. All reservations need to be made in writing and must be acknowledged by ONE NATURE HOTELS and RESORTS.

Bookings will not be granted with arrivals on New Year’s Day (1 Jan) or departures on 31 December at any ONE NATURE HOTELS and RESORTS Property.

Child Policy

Child Policy

Recommended minimum age is 2 years old. Infants under the age of 3 years will be free of charge (subject to governmental charges if applicable). Children up to 15 years are charged 50% of the adult rate on condition that they are sharing with a full paying adult.

Single Occupancy

Single Occupancy

When travelling with one full paying twin/double room, no single supplement is charged for a maximum of 1 room per party travelling. For all other single rooms, a 50% supplement on normal rate applies.
